Welcoming staff, spacious family-friendly rooms, fun animations for kids – an unforgettable family getaway.

Watching kestrels care for their chicks from our balcony was a captivating experience. The breakfast offered a delightful variety that kept our mornings joyful.

Why I’m torn on this

Staff was incredibly friendly,, and the pool area was perfect for families—kids had a blast on the slides!

The food choices were repetitive, and the noise from late-night events disrupted sleep.

Consider lowering entertainment noise levels during late night hours!!! Improving dining cleanliness and food variety might enhance the overall experience!!! The kids' club should cater to diverse language backgrounds!!!

We had a fantastic stay! The pools were huge and well-maintained, providing endless fun for the kids, and we loved the spacious twin room with a lovely sea view. the food was okay but felt repetitive at times. I'm not sure if I'd choose this place again, but it was an enjoyable experience.

Great staff & views!

We stayed for 3 nights and the staff here were super friendly and always ready to help. Our room was spacious and clean with a great view of the pool. The best part was breakfast, seriously so many options! The only thing was the rooms felt a bit dated. The in-room breakfast was a nice bonus, though!

The room was clean and had a lovely sea view, which was such a joy for my morning coffee. The proximity to the beach made it easy for leisurely strolls, perfect for soaking in the sun.

Improved communication from staff would be appreciated.

The room had a spacious layout with a lovely sea view. Enjoyed the pool area, especially the slides which kept the kids entertained for hours. The breakfast selection impressed us. there were plenty of options to pick from. the food during lunch and dinner felt repetitive, lacking variety and flavor. I was looking for some traditional Spanish dishes which were missing. The hotel had quite a bit of noise from events, especially late at night, which disrupted sleep. The staff at reception were generally helpful, but I felt their responsiveness could improve when it came to concerns raised. enjoyable stay with a few hitches.
